Initial consultation

• We consult with you at our showroom or in your home
• Establish approximate budget and scope of project desired

Designer Retainer Fee

• Upon receipt of our retainer fee, we will begin the process of designing your personalized space
• The retainer fee covers our design fee and serves as a deposit toward the purchase of our cabinetry. For a kitchen, the retainer fee is $2000.00 with $750.00 utilized as a design fee and $1250 applied towards our cabinetry. For a bathroom, the retainer fee is $1500.00 with $500.00 utilized as a design fee and $1000.00 placed toward the purchase of our cabinetry. The retainer fee is non-refundable in the event cabinetry is not purchased.

We measure

• We take all appropriate measurements and photographs at your home
• We interview you to ascertain your needs and wants for your project and how you plan on using the desired space

Space planning

• We recommend a layout for your desired project, including cabinet usage

Complete design proceeds

• We proceed with designing your space with professionally drafted floor plans, electrical plans and elevations. We design your complete space by specifying and supplying tile, sinks, faucetry, countertops, hardware, appliances, lighting and floor material if other than wood.

Installation

• Pamela Polvere Designs will design your space and supply all your materials. However, we do not perform installations. We will refer reputable contractors for your project or work closely with your own selected contractor. We collaborate closely with your contractor to provide a smooth and efficient process.
